CrossFit

A fully coached and programmed workout of the day in a group session. Includes a warm up, technical guidance, intended stimulus, the workout of the day, cool down and fist bumps all round.

Open Gym

During open box you can use any of the available equipment, with a coach present and available for advice, but this session isn't coach led.

HYROX

A combination of functional workouts with endurance running, creating a high-energy challenge built for everyday athletes. Our HYROX classes train you through the exact workout styles used in competition, building strength, stamina, and race-ready confidence.
